HISTORY The Sky's The Limit began in 1986 in Denver, Colorado when six inner-city pastors, along with Doulos Ministries, Inc. and The Anschutz Foundation, dreamed of providing the youth of the inner-city communities with a free and safe alternative to the streets. Since that time, additional camps have opened in other parts of the country, providing solid, Biblically based leadership for hundreds more inner city youth. VISION The vision of The Sky's The Limit is to partner with existing churches and ministries in the inner city with the two fold purpose of providing year-round leadership training and paid summer jobs to teens, while offering seven to 14 year olds an alternative to the streets through a free Christ-centered summer day-camp experience. The teens on TSTL’s summer staff, who also participate in the year round program, are the main focus of our ministry. It is a joy to see hundreds of campers come to know the Lord as their personal Savior during the summer at camp; however, the campers are the vehicle through which the teen leaders are able to apply the principles of and experience discipleship first hand.
