Each camp hires about 50 inner-city youth to work on
staff at TSTL during the summer. These young men and women serve as
mentors
and leaders to around 1,000 kids during the three, two-week sessions.
In turn, these young people take the skills they’ve learned back
to their neighborhoods where they continue to be role models in the community.
Since 1986, The Sky’s The Limit has trained around 1,500 leaders
and served over 20,000 campers.
